The structure and characteristics of the Tee-up machine

[Name of each part]

¨ç : Rubber tee (total100mm)
¨è : Rubber that prevents ball from falling – It prevents the ball falling into the machine.
¨é : Ball detect sensor (Tee-up sensor) – it detects the ball on the rubber tee.
¨ê : Ball detect sensor (Shoot sensor) – It detects the ball on the shoot.
¨ë : Detect sensor for the lowest limit – It detects the lowest limit when the tee descends.
¨ì : Guide shaft – it induces the up/down movement of the tee.
¨í : Wire connector – It connects the motor and signal power.
¨î : Drive motor –  It directs the crank by driving the gear head.
¨ï : Crank – It supplies the ball to the tee from the shoot.
¨ð : Shoot – the service part of the ball from the ball stacker.

[Characteristics]

- Adjusting the tee height from 0 to 75mm. (the longest in Korea)
: Suitable for a big head of the golf clubs and available to attach the pad on the brush of the swing booth
  to prevent golf elbow.

- Stable without any trouble or noise using the cam system of up/down mechanism.

- Maximized cost saving effect using 180mm height of Tee-up machine.
- Removed impact and noise during ball supply using the shock-absorbing device.

- Solid movement using the ball detect sensor, and permanently useful without abrasion of dimple.

- Tee-up machines can be compatible with other swing booths, allowing an efficient usage when
   necessary.
